If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 15 days from delivery.
Any shipping costs are not refundable. In order to be eligible for a refund, all products must be in excellent condition, with their existing labels, and original packaging and be accompanied by all documents (retail receipt, invoice etc.)
You can choose between changing the ordered product or refund.
PRODUCT CHANGE:
Products can be changed with any kind or size available.
For returns within Greece, you are charged 5€ for the return’s shipping costs if the courier company is Geniki Taxydromiki. For the delivery of the new product, you are charged 5€.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are made promptly within 5 business days of the item being returned and received. Refunds are only made on the original credit card or Paypal account used when ordering. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. Especially in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made to a bank account that you will provide to us. The amount to be refunded is the value of the product and not the value of shipping or cash back.
For refunds in Greece, the customer receives the whole amount minus the shipping costs (10€).
ATTENTION! Refund is not applicable on discounted products or products that have been purchased with the use of a discount code.

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
Contact courier company Geniki Taxidromiki and send the parcel to us at the address below with the option of charging the receiver. (In case of shipment by another courier company, costs shall be covered by the sender)
When we receive the product and your return is accepted, we will notify you of the value of the returned product, by email or SMS on your mobile phone.

In the case of repeated consumer returns, we reserve the right to refuse the product refund due to abuse.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the return or non-receipt of products from non-EU countries, additional customs clearance costs and import duties may be incurred, which are borne solely by the customer.
